Kim Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been in the nursing field for over 30 years and has been an intrical part of our nurse practitioner team at St. Luke's/Woodlake. She was instrumental in developing our MAT residential program. Kim graduated in 1997 from Loyola University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and in 2007 with her Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola.
Kim has a caring spirit and finds enjoyment in assisting patients become successful with their personal health while treating both chronic and acute illnesses. She also has several years' experience in managing patients with substance abuse diagnoses. In her free time, she is an avid runner!
